Members can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, and members will continue to have access to our services until the end of their current billing period.

 

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. However, if you encounter any issues, we are here to help.

 

Technical Issues: If you face any technical issues that prevent you from accessing our services and we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours, you will be eligible for a prorated refund for the duration of the service disruption.

 

Dissatisfaction with the Service: We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 15 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.

 

Refund Process: All refund requests should be sent to support@thenutritionhq.com. Please include your account information and reason for the refund. Upon receiving your request, we will review it and process the refund within 14 business days.

 

Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method. If this is not possible, we will provide store credit equivalent to the refund amount.

 

Please note that refunds are not provided after the initial 15-day period except in cases of technical issues that we are unable to resolve.
